Here at Canvas Dezign, we pride ourselves on the quality of our canvas prints and we have been making them for 8 years now. In the past our customers have ranged from large coffe shop outlets, the general public and our biggest customer has been the BBC.
We only use top quality grade 100% cotton canvas and our inks are colour fast for 75 years. Under normal circumstances no discolouration should be encountered with your canvas Print.
Canvas Prints FAQ’s
Q: Does my canvas print come ready to hang and how deep is the canvas away from the wall ?
A: All our canvas prints are ready to hang and framed. Our stretcher bars are 34mm deep or 1.5 inches.
Q: Can you make my own photograph, picture or artwork into a canvas print?
A: Yes, we can use your own image (Digital image or hard copy)to create a photo canvas print. Please contact us with your exact requirements.
Q: What is a Canvas Wrap?
A: We will produce your Canvas in one of two formats, with or without a wrap-around edge, often referred to as "Box Canvas" or "Gallery Wrap". This is when the image folds around the edges of the frame to provide the most popular way of mounting your photo canvas print. If no wrap is required, then the photographic image is presented squarely on the front of the canvas and will have plain white edges for a more contemporary look. Please specify when completing your order. The default is to have wrapped edges on the ordering system.
Q: The canvas print size I want isn’t listed. Can you supply my canvas print in a bespoke size?
A: Yes, we have the the new online bespoke ordering system.
Q: Will the colours on my canvas print be the same as what I see on my monitor?
A: We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to the actual printed canvas print. Unfortunately we can not guarantee an exact colour match as on screen colours will vary dependent upon your monitor settings and resolutions.
Q: Will the image on my canvas print be identical to the image on your website?
A: The actual image displayed on the canvas print may vary slightly depending upon the size ordered.
Q: Do you offer a discount for large orders?
A: Yes, if your order is over £500
Q: How much is delivery for my canvas print?
A: Standard delivery within the UK mainland is £9.00.
Q: Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?
A: Yes you can. Just email us your requirements when you check out and we will post your canvas print to an address of your choice.
Q: Which debit and credit cards do you accept to pay for my canvas print?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards using Barclaycard and also accept payments via PayPal
Q: Can I pay by cheque or online bank transfer for my canvas print?
A: Yes, send us your cheque in the post and once payment has cleared, we will ship your canvas print to you.

Q: How long will it take for my canvas print to arrive at my address?
A: We aim to deliver all canvas prints within 7-10 working days of us getting the order, but unfortunately, we cannot control the post.
