Canvas Art After Care

We make every effort to ensure that, not only does our canvas art leave us in perfect condition, but that it also reaches you in the condition it left our factory. Our dedicated courier service will keep your prints safe during delivery and you will receive an email and text message containing details of a 1-hour delivery slot so you don’t have to put everything else on hold while you wait all day for your canvas prints.

Your canvas art prints will reach you in perfect condition but once you receive them there are a few important factors you will need to take into account to make sure they stay that way for years.

Never use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your canvas as this can cause irreversible damage. A soft dusting brush used periodically will be your best bet to remove any dust that settles on it.

The best place to display your print is in a stable, moisture-free environment, and it should be kept away from any sources of direct heat so above the fireplace may not be the best place. Try to avoid areas exposed to sunlight for long periods too as this will cause the colours to fade.

Canvas safety measures aside, hanging your print couldn’t be easier. The free hanging kit supplied will allow you to attach the canvas to the wall with ease and due to its shape, the print will be flat against the wall so you don’t need to worry about a gap at the top ruining the image.

Unfortunately canvas does age and may go slack over time, however this can easily be fixed with a gentle knock on the wedges, which you will find on the reverse of the frame. Adjust these and your canvas will be nice and tight once more.
