By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access Canvas Dezign.

Descriptions of goods and services included in the Canvas Dezign site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them.

Copyright

By supplying us with your artwork, you agree that you have the copyright or licence in the image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph / artwork. Under no circumstances will Canvas Dezign be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork that is in breach of copyright.

Artwork supplied

Canvas Dezign cannot be responsible for the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by yourself. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied photograph or artwork is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. Canvas Dezign can process low quality images or photos only if asked by you and subject to the rates on our site. Canvas Dezign will print artworks exactly as supplied by you the client unless otherwise requested.

Right to refuse artwork

Canvas Dezign hold the right to refuse artwork which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to, racial discriminating picture, pornography, poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Payments

All orders need to be paid for in advance via the shopping cart using your dredit card or Paypal.

The completed work

Canvas Dezign will do their best to give you a product as close to your order as possible. However, under no circumstances will Canvas Dezign be responsible for differences in monitor to printout differences on varying systems.

Delivery

We will do out best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time, usually 3-5 working days. Canvas Dezign do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Canvas Dezign will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you inspect your delivery before signing for it. Canvas Dezign will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have manually checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Loss or damage

Canvas Dezign shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Discrepancies

Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to Canvas Dezign within 24 hours of receipt.
