First change - Bars - We are now using European bars and not the ones imported in from China. This is a big plus for us as the canvas prints are a lot straighter and do not buckle.
Second Change - Canvas - No longer are we importing that from China. We are buying British. The canvas prints are a little more expensive but we have shaved the costs down elsewhere.
Third BIG change - New Epson 9700 just being installed. Running 6 times quicker than any of our other print engines, this one we will struggle to stay in front of when framing canvas prints.
Fourth change - Our courier service. This is amazing. The night your parcel is picked up you are sent an email saying it will be with you next day. THe morning of delivery you will be given a 1 hour time slot that you can change if you are not free. (Your canvas prints from us will never be missed again)
