Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
If we have shipped the wrong canvas or your canvas arrives damaged or in poor condition, email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect canvas to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you include in the email your full name, order ID and a brief description of the problem. Please also let us know if you are seeking a replacement canvas or a full refund. You must send your request to us within 14 days from receipt of your goods. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email informing you that your replacement is being produced or that we have granted a full refund. If you have asked for a full refund, we will refund you the cost of the canvas as well as the cost for delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be offered just because you do not like your canvas or you have ordered the wrong size. All of our products are custom made to your own personal specifications, as such they cannot be re-sold. Because of this we cannot accept returns for refunds unless your product is faulty or damaged. We always produce your canvas using the photograph that was uploaded on our ordering system and we will frame it exactly as it was positioned when you clicked the BUY NOW button. In every case we assume the photograph that was uploaded is the correct one for printing. In some very rare cases we will make contact with you to ask for clarification on the quality of the photo or the positioning.
If you upload the wrong photo, or change your mind on the canvas specification, you must inform us of your intention to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. The reason for this is that we are working 24 hours a day and photos are printed within 4 hours of orders being placed.
